Welcome to W.F.N.H.

Wize Fellaz Nursing Home is a collection of NFTs depicting timeless OGs who have been fighting the forces of chaos since the beginning of time by harnessing the power of Spring Tea, a wondrous cocktail that prolongs life, grants supernatural powers, and drives users slightly kooky. Our collection capitalizes on the incredible power of original art and storytelling to build a vibrant Web3 brand.

Beyond financial growth and sustainability, our community seeks to support institutions that improve the lives of older adults suffering from poverty and social exclusion.

The Storytelling

The Wize Fellaz Nursing Home is a front business for the Fellowship of the Wise, an ancient order of warriors who have learned to prolong their lives indefinitely in order to combat the powers of chaos... at the cost of going slightly kooky in the process.

The Philanthropy

The world’s population is aging faster. The UN estimated that by 2050, 1 in 6 people will be 65 or older, up from 1 in 11 in 2019.

The Digital Divide created between the digital world and older adults has a terrible toll on their mental and physical health.

Phaidros

Ajax

"For time immemorial, a secret society of young warriors known as the “Fellowship of the Strong” fought against the forces of tyranny with the help of a magic potion known as Spring Tea. In the pursuit of extra strength, their leader, Ajax, began secretly experimenting with an alternative version of Spring Tea which made him much more poweful and violent. Paranoid, Ajax went on a rampage, hunting down his fellow warriors to the brink of extinction.

The survivors scattered across the world and lived in isolation until their older years. Led by Phaidros, they eventually gather to discuss the failings of their former society. It became clear to them that strength, in the absence of wisdom, was the wrong motivation for their warriors. From that point on they vowed to recruit only new members who had already lived a long and fruitful life. Thus they became known as the “Fellowship of the Wise.”

Fast forward to modern days, the Wize Fellaz Nursing Home, located in Miami Beach, acts as a front for the HQ of the Fellowship of the Wise."

"Age is not a limiting factor for achievement"

Storytelling

The Philanthropy

The Wize Fellaz collection aims to help alleviate the social isolation and poverty punishing older adults in the Americas. To that end we are oriented by 6 of the UNs SDGs:

The UN estimated that, by 2050, 1 in 6 people will be 65 or older, up from 1 in 11 in 2019. This massive shift is happening while the world is becoming dependent on digital technology and more difficult for older adults. This Digital Divide causes feelings of loneliness, anxiety, and depression, and may lead to early death.

Our seniors deserve better!

Funding Solutions

While searching for reliable non-profits, we opted for candidates dedicated exclusively to the care of older adults, following two criteria:

  1. Must minimize the impacts of the Digital Divide on older adults and help them bridge it successfully;

  2. Must mitigate the effects of poverty, homelessness, hunger, and poor health on low income older adults;

In America, we will fund a non-profit that helps older adults feel valued, and included. It offers educational opportunities to help them overcome day-to-day challenges related to negative biases against aging.

In Brazil, we will fund a non-profit that offers housing, regular meals, and medical attention to the underprivileged. Here, we will fight the effects of poverty before addressing the Digital Divide.
